Super Sepraclear II Solution
Sepra clear II will clear Sepraphore III membrane to transparency. The membrane is placed in a clearing tray for 5 minutes and will clear on drying at 800°C for 10 minutes.

Super Sepraclear Solution
Super Sepraclear will clear Super Sepraclear membranes without causing peeling, cracking or separation from the Mylar backing.

Opticlear
Opticlear is a specially formulated clearing solution developed specifically for the clearing of Optiphor-10 membrane. It eliminates the need to adjust solutions with every lot number of plates. No dehydratoin step is needed. A two-minute soak follows by ten minutes drying yields remarkably transparent plates.

Haemoglobin buffer
Hemoglobin Electrophoresis Buffer is used in the procedure for the electrophoretic separation, detection, and quantitation of hemoglobins on cellulosic membranes. Both Mylar-supported (Super Sepraphore and Optiphor-10) and unsupported (Sepraphore III) membranes may be used.

High resolution buffer
High Resolution Buffer is a general-purpose electrophoresis buffer intended for use in the qualitative and quantitative separation of proteins. Routine applications include serum proteins, lipoproteins, LDH, CK and alkaline phosphatase isozyme electrophoresis, and immunoelectrophoresis.

Ponceau S Stain
Interest Ponceau S solution is intended as a stain for haemoglobin, glycosylated haemoglobins, serum and other proteins following electrophoretic migration.

Absorbent Paper
DiaSys Europe supply a range of absorbent papers, which are used to blot the sample before media application. The papers are made from a special non-leaching high absorbency material, which allows fast preparation of the electrophoresis media.
